Welcome to FIN Fish Butchery & Seafood (“FIN”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and placing an order online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

FIN operates as a premium fish and seafood butchery based in Ōrewa, Auckland, New Zealand. These Terms apply to all customers using our website and purchasing products online.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page.

2. Products & Availability

Our online store offers a curated selection of items available for purchase. Product availability may change due to seasonal supply and freshness.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or substitute products where necessary. If a substitution is required, we will contact you before fulfilment.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website and paid for at checkout.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, particularly for fresh or made-to-order items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

4. Pickup Orders

Pickup is available from our store at: 5/350 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Ōrewa, Auckland 0931

Pickup hours are displayed at checkout and may vary slightly on public holidays.

Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the selected pickup timeframe.

5. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery across selected Hibiscus Coast zones on scheduled days.

Delivery timeframes are route-dependent, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Safe drop-off may be available if delivery instructions are provided at checkout. FIN is not responsible for orders left unattended once delivered in accordance with customer instructions.

6. Food Safety

All seafood products must be stored appropriately once collected or delivered. FIN is not responsible for product quality if items are not refrigerated promptly after delivery or pickup.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can resolve it.

8. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.

Gift cards may be used in-store at Fin Fish Butchery and Seafood. Any remaining balance will remain available for future use.

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these terms.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of FIN Fish Butchery & Seafood and may not be used without permission.
