Shipping & Payment Information

Waitā Food Group Limited, trading as FIN Fish Butchery & Seafood (“FIN”, “we”, “our”, “us”), offers local delivery and in-store pickup for our curated online selection.

Please read the information below before placing your order.

1. Local Delivery

FIN currently offers local delivery across selected zones on scheduled delivery days.

Delivery availability is determined by your address at checkout.

Deliveries are completed morning or afternoon depending on the day’s route, and we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times.

Seafood is delivered fresh and packed chilled.

Safe drop-off may be available if clear delivery instructions are provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Fees

We offer free local delivery on orders $75+ across the Hibiscus Coast.

Orders under $75 incur a flat $10 delivery fee, which will be applied at checkout.

Delivery availability is determined by your address and selected delivery day.

3. Delivery Days & Zones

We offer delivery across the Hibiscus Coast on the following days:

• Monday & Wednesday – Hibiscus Coast delivery zone
• Friday – Full Hibiscus Coast delivery zone (including northern suburbs through to Gulf Harbour)

Enter your address at checkout to confirm which delivery options are available for your location.

4. In-Store Pickup

Pickup is available from our store in Ōrewa:

Pickup is available 7 days a week during opening hours.

Please wait for your order confirmation before coming in to collect.

5. Shipping Outside Our Delivery Area

At this time, FIN does not offer nationwide courier shipping. Online ordering is currently available for local delivery and pickup only.

6. Order Processing

Orders are prepared fresh and packed chilled prior to fulfilment.

If an item becomes unavailable, we may contact you to arrange a substitution or alternative.

7. Payment Options

We accept secure online payments through our website checkout, including major credit and debit cards.

All payments are processed through trusted payment providers. FIN does not store full card details.

Orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.
